Section 68

The repeal, by the Parliament of the United Kingdom, of certain provisions of the Trustee Act 1925 of the United Kingdom [U.K.

1925 c. 19.] shall be deemed not to have affected the powers of trustees under paragraph 4(i) (as that paragraph stood before the amendment of the said section 4 by the Trustees Investment Act 1965

[Act 36 of 1965], and under which paragraph a trustee was, before the commencement of that Act, authorized to invest in any investment authorized for the investment of trust funds by the said Act of 1925.)
