Notwithstanding the Members of Parliament (Remuneration)
of Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj Pension Act 1971
Act 1980 [Act 237] or any other law pertaining to the pensions and gratuities of Members of the Administration, Y.T.M. Tunku
Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj shall, on his retirement from the office of Prime Minister of Malaysia, be entitled to the following pension and privileges:
(a)
a tax free gratuity of RM200,000;
(b)
a pension of four thousand ringgit shall be payable monthly on the first day of each month;
(c)
a furnished residence shall be provided and maintained free of charge;
(d)

(e)
a secretary, a clerk-cum-stenographer, a security officer and an office boy shall also be provided at current government rates.
