(2)
The Bursar shall be the principal financial officer of the
Universiti with such functions and duties as shall be assigned to him by the Board; he shall perform his functions and discharge his duties under the direction and control of the Vice-Chancellor.

Appointment of other principal officers 22a. (1) The Universiti shall have such other principal officers who shall be appointed by the Board on such terms and conditions of service as may be approved by the Board.
(2)
The principal officers shall perform such functions and discharge such duties as may be determined by the Board and shall perform and discharge the same under the direction and control of the Vice-Chancellor.
