Incorporation and establishment of a University College
(a)
declare that there shall be established a higher educational institution having the status of a University College, which shall be a body corporate for the purpose of providing, in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the Constitution of the University College, higher education in specified branches of learning;
(b)
assign a name to that University College; and
(c)
specify the location of the site which shall be the seat of that University College.
(2)
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may amend, vary or revoke an order made under subsection (1) by a subsequent order published in the Gazette.
