Section 24D

of *UNIVERSITIES AND UNIVERSITY COLLEGES ACT 1971

Section 24D

All members of the Board and Senate, the Vice-Chancellor,

Deputy Vice-Chancellors, officers and employees of the University while discharging their functions as such members, Vice-Chancellor,

Deputy Vice-Chancellors, officers and employees, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].
