Section 34
(1)
For the purposes of this Part the financial year shall be the calendar year or such other period as the Board may determine.
(2)
The accounts of the Board shall, as soon as may be, be balanced for the preceding financial year and an annual statement or abstract thereof shall be prepared.
(3)
The annual statement or abstract referred to in subsection (2) shall be prepared in such form and shall contain such information as the Board may from time to time direct.
