Section 31

of *UNIVERSITIES AND UNIVERSITY COLLEGES ACT 1971

Section 31

In the event of—

(a)

any Statute being inconsistent with the provisions of this Constitution; or

(b)

any Rules being inconsistent with the provisions of this Constitution or any Statute; or

(c)

any Regulation being inconsistent with the provisions of this

Constitution or any Statute or Rules;

then the provisions of the Constitution, Statute or Rules, as the case may be, shall prevail, and such Statute, Rules or Regulations, as the case may be, shall to the extent of the inconsistency be void.
