Section 11
(1)
The Board may appoint examiners and such other officers and employees as it considers necessary for the discharge of its functions.
(2)
The examiners and other officers and employees shall hold office for such period, receive such salaries and allowances, and be subject to such other terms and conditions of service as may be determined by the Board.
