Power of delegation
of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Act 1981
(1)
For the purposes of carrying out the objects and purposes of this Act and exercising his powers, duties and functions, the Director General may, with the approval of the Minister, delegate to any officer under his administrative control any of his powers, duties and functions under this Act.
(2)
Any such delegation may be made in respect of any particular matter or any class of matters or generally or may be limited to any part of Malaysia

and may be made subject to such terms and conditions as the Director General thinks fit.
(3)
Any delegation under this section shall be revocable at will and shall not prevent the exercise or performance of any powers, duties or functions by the Director General.
