Section 21
—
(1)
No compensation shall be payable in respect of any animal, fish, animal or fish products infected with disease and destroyed by order of the State Veterinary Authority.
(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), there shall be payable as compensation to the owner in respect of any animal, fish, animal or fish products reasonably believed to be infected with disease which has been destroyed by order of the State Veterinary Authority and found not to be so infected, such sum as may be approved by the
Minister.
