Section 1
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1974
and subject to subsection (2) shall come into force on such date as the
Minister may by notification in the Gazette appoint, such date not being earlier than the date the notification is published in the Gazette.
(2)
The Minister may appoint a different date for Part VII to come into force, such date not being earlier than the date appointed under subsection (1).
