Section 10
(1)
A wakaf shall come into effect when all the requirements and conditions for the creation of a wakaf is fulfilled, unless it is specifically provided that a wakaf shall come into effect only after the death of the waqif.
(2)
A wakaf which has come into effect cannot be sold, charged, transferred or endowed as hibah by the waqif or inherited by any person.
