Section 14
A wakaf is invalid if –
a.
it is made for any immoral purpose;
b.
it is made to any person for a purpose which is not being devoted to Allah;
c.
it is made for self-benefit, profit or interest; or d.
it is inconsistent with Hukum Syarak.
