Section 15
Penalties; sanction for prosecution
Any person who fails to obey any order given under section 4 shall be liable to a fine of five hundred ringgit and additionally to a fine of ten ringgit a day for every day during which such disobedience shall continue.
(2)
Any person who contravenes section 5 or 7 shall be liable to a fine of one thousand ringgit.

(3)
No prosecution shall be instituted in respect of any offence punishable under this section except with the written sanction of the District Officer of the district wherein the offence is alleged to have been committed.
(4)
Where a conviction is had before the Court of a Magistrate of the First
Class of any offence referred to in subsection (1) or (2) such court may impose any penalty provided by this Act.
