Section 18
Rules
(a)
to prescribe fees payable in respect of licences granted under this
Act;
(b)
to restrict to particular areas or rivers the issue by District Officers of licences, or specified kinds of licences under sections 5 and 7;
(c)
generally for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions and purposes of this Act.
(2)
All such rules shall be published in the Gazette and shall thereupon have the force of law.
