Section 59
The principal Act is amended by substituting for section 87
the following section:
“Things containing part or derivative of wildlife

Section 87
Any person who sells or promotes for sale any thing which is claimed to contain any part or derivative of any wildlife which in fact has no such part or derivative commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.”.
