Section 3
(1)
The licence of a wildlife guide shall be in a form approved by the Director and shall bear a number.
(2)
Each wildlife guide shall in addition to a licence be issued with a badge number of the Wildlife Department bearing the number of the licence of that guide.
(3)
A wildlife guide shall, whenever practicable, wear the badge issued to him when exercising functions under the Enactment.
