⎯(1)
The Minister may by Order signified in the Gazette⎯
(a)
amend the Schedule;
(b)
give directions as to the manner in which annual volumes corresponding to the Parts into which the Gazette is from time to time divided shall be produced and made available to subscribers and others, and as to any additional contents of such annual volumes; and
(c)
provide for the fees upon payment of which the annual volumes authorized herein shall be made available.
(2)
Directions given by Order under subsection (1) shall be deemed to be directions to the Government Printer and to such other persons as may be mentioned therein and shall not, unless the contrary expressly appears, be deemed to impose any duty upon any other person.
