s 46Continuance of pending applications, etc.

(1)

Any application, approval or decision, or appeal immediately before the appointed date which was pending before the dissolved Kumpulan Wang shall, on the appointed date, be dealt with by the Yayasan under this Act.

(2)

Any instrument, certificate or document lodged with the dissolved Kumpulan Wang immediately before the appointed date shall, on the appointed date, be lodged with the Yayasan.
