Any application, approval or decision, or appeal immediately before the appointed date which was pending before the dissolved Kumpulan Wang shall, on the appointed date, be dealt with by the Yayasan under this Act.

“appointed date” means the day the dissolved Kumpulan Wang is dissolved;
Any instrument, certificate or document lodged with the dissolved Kumpulan Wang immediately before the appointed date shall, on the appointed date, be lodged with the Yayasan.

“the dissolved Kumpulan Wang” means the Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Guru which was established under the repealed Education Act 1961;
