Section 1

This Enactment may be cited as the Zakat and Fitrah Enactment 1993

and applies only to Muslims in the State of Sabah.

This Enactment shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint. [c.i.f. 01.01.1996]
