Akta ibu dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas seksyen 81g seksyen yang berikut:

“Notice on sexual harassment 81h.  An employer shall, at all times, exhibit conspicuously at the place of employment, a notice to raise awareness on sexual harassment.”.
