Seksyen 3

Seksyen 7 Akta ibu dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas subseksyen (1) subseksyen yang berikut:

“(1a)  For the purpose of maintaining the register, the Director General may require any officer of a registered trade union to produce such document or provide such information to the Director General in respect of the officer’s registered trade union as the Director General may specify, and the officer shall comply with the requirement of the

Director General.”.
