Seksyen 10
(a)
dalam subseksyen (1)—
(i)
dengan menggantikan perkataan “forty-two days from the date of the birth or any child or” dengan perkataan “sixty days from the date of the birth of any child or fourteen days”; dan
(ii)
dengan menggantikan perkataan “subject to such conditions” dengan perkataan “subject to such fees and conditions”; dan
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas subseksyen (1) subseksyen yang berikut:
“(1a) The Registrar-General may waive, in whole or in part, the fees prescribed for late registration referred to in subsection (1) subject to such criteria and conditions as the Minister may determine.”.
