Subseksyen 10a(1) Akta ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan “in the Gazette and all charges incurred for such publication in the Gazette shall be borne by the Registrar”

dengan perkataan “by way of electronic medium or by way of an electronic transmission”.
