Seksyen 33

Seksyen 38 Akta ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan subseksyen (8) dengan subseksyen yang berikut:

“(8) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) or (6)

commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit.”.
