Subseksyen 45(3) Akta ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan “may, subject to any order made in respect of the animal by a Magistrate, be there detained until the accused has been tried”

dengan perkataan “be dealt with according to subsection 68(2)

of this Act”.
