Seksyen 13
(1)
The last preceding section shall not apply to any claims to which section 513 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1952, applies and that Ordinance shall have effect as if this Ordinance had not been passed.
(2)
The said section shall not apply to any case where the acts or omissions giving rise to the claim occurred before the passing of this Ordinance.
