(a)

dalam perenggan (1)(b), dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “Employees Provident Fund Act 1991

[Act 452]” perkataan “, or a pensionable officer within the meaning of section 2 of the Pensions Act 1980”; dan

(b)

dalam subseksyen (2), dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “subsection (1),” perkataan “other than voluntary contributions made by a self-employed person within the meaning of the Employees Provident Fund Act 1991

or a pensionable officer within the meaning of section 2

of the Pensions Act 1980,”.
