Proviso kepada subseksyen 61(1a) Akta ibu dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “section 61a” perkataan

“or paragraph 35a of Schedule 6 on the income of a unit trust in respect of interest derived from Malaysia and paid or credited to a unit trust that is a retail money market fund which is distributed to a unit holder other than an individual”.
