NOTICE OF INITIATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES

WITH REGARD TO IMPORTS OF COLD ROLLED COILS OF ALLOY AND NON-ALLOY

STEEL ORIGINATING OR EXPORTED FROM THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA,

THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA AND THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM

FOLLOWING the publication of the Notice of Impending Termination of the Imposition of

Anti-Dumping Duties on Imports of Cold Rolled Coils of Alloy and Non-Alloy Steel

Originating or Exported from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam [P.U. (B) 628/2020] in the Gazette on 23 November 2020, the Government has received a request for an administrative review on the imposition of an anti-dumping duty on the imports of cold rolled coils of alloy and non-alloy steel of a thickness between 0.20 millimetres to 2.60 millimetres and width between 700

millimetres to 1,300 millimetres excluding tin mill black plate and imported for the purpose of automotive end-usage of all grades originating or exported from such

Countries (“subject merchandise”).

THEREFORE, pursuant to subsection 28(6) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping

Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and regulation 34 of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping

Duties Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994], the Government will initiate an administrative review on the imposition of anti-dumping on the subject merchandise.
