Semua tanah yang terletak di dalam Mukim Tanjung Kupang, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor dilingkungi oleh garisan kelabu sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam Pelan Warta 2219 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Johor, tidak termasuk kawasan yang dinyatakan di bawah:
tanah yang diduduki oleh Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn. Bhd., yang mengandungi Kawasan Pemeriksaan Kastam yang dikelilingi oleh garisan kelabu sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam Pelan Warta 2219 (Blok C-Baris 12; kawasan seluas 3,834 meter persegi) dan (Blok F-Baris 12; kawasan seluas 3,834 meter persegi).

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2) of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister makes the following notification: Citation and commencement

This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Amendment) Notification 1999.
Seksyen 2
Amendment of First Schedule
The First Schedule of the Free Zones Act 1990 is amended by inserting after item 10 the following item:

Commercial
All that land situated in the Mukim of Tanjung Kupang, District of Johor Bahru, Johor bounded by the grey line as shown in the Gazette Plan 2219 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Johor excluding the areas specified below:
land occupied by the Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn. Bhd., comprising Customs Inspection Bays bounded by the grey line as shown in the Gazette Plan 2219 (Block C-Row 12; an area of 3,834 square metres) and (Block F-Row 12; an area of 3,834 square metres).
