WATER SERVICES INDUSTRY (RATES FOR WATER SUPPLY SERVICES)

(STATE OF NEGERI SEMBILAN) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2022

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 84(2)(a) and 179(i) of the

Water Services Industry Act 2006 [Act 655], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Commission, makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(Rates for Water Supply Services) (State of Negeri Sembilan) (Amendment)

Regulations 2022.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 August 2022.

Amendment of regulation 2 2.

The

(State of Negeri Sembilan) Regulations 2015 [P.U. (A) 81/2015], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended in regulation 2

by substituting for the word “Schedule” the words “First Schedule”.

New regulation 3 3.

The principal Regulations are amended by inserting after regulation 2

the following regulation:

“Type of use 3.

The type of use as specified in the First Schedule shall be as described in the Second Schedule.”.

Substitution of Schedule 4.

The principal Regulations are amended by substituting for the Schedule the following Schedule:
