- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) dan 4(1) dan seksyen 11 Akta Organisasi Antarabangsa (Keistimewaan dan Kekebalan) 1992 [Akta 485], Menteri, dengan persetujuan Menteri Kewangan, membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama

Jadual kepada Peraturan-Peraturan Organisasi Antarabangsa (Keistimewaan dan
Kekebalan) (ASEAN) 2017 [P.U. (A) 38/2017] dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 4(b)(xiv) butiran yang berikut:
“(xv) Pusat Penyelarasan Kesihatan Haiwan dan Zoonosis ASEAN (ACCAHZ)”.

(AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) REGULATIONS 2025
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsections 3(1) and 4(1) and section 11 of the International Organizations (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1992 [Act 485], the Minister, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, makes the following regulations: Citation 1. These regulations may be cited as the International Organizations (Privileges and Immunities) (ASEAN) (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2025. Amendment of Schedule 2. The Schedule to the International Organizations (Privileges and Immunities) (ASEAN) Regulations 2017 [P.U. (A) 38/2017] is amended by inserting after item 4(b)(xiv) the following item: “(xv) ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Animal Health and Zoonoses (ACCAHZ)”.
