FREE ZONES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2015

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Free Zones (Amendment)

Regulations 2015.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 April 2015.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Free Zones Regulations 1991 [P.U. (A) 321/1991] are amended in the

First Schedule under the heading “FORMS”, by substituting for Form FZ No. 1 and

Form FZ No. 4 the following forms:
