Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 45A Akta Akta 234. Dadah Berbahaya 1952, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Bahagian III Jadual Pertama Akta adalah dipinda-
(a)
dengan memasukkan selepas butiran "Alphaprodine" butiran "2-amino-1-(2,5-dimethoxy-4-methyl) phenylpropane";
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas butiran "N-hydroxy MDA" butiran "N-methyl-1-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-2-butanamine"; dan
(c)
dengan memotong butiran "STP, DOM, 2-amino-1- (2,5-dimethoxy-4-methyl) phenylpropane".

DANGEROUS DRUGS (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1998
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, the Minister makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Order 1998.
Seksyen 2
Part III of the First Schedule to the Act is amended—
(a)
by inserting after the item "Alphaprodine" the item "2-amino-1-(2,5-dimethoxy-4-methyl) phenylpropane";
(b)
by inserting after the item "N-hydroxy MDA" the item "N-methyl-1-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-2-butanamine"; and
(c)
by deleting the item "STP, DOM, 2-amino-1-(2,5-dimethoxy 4-methyl) phenylpropane".
