- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 11(1) Akta Eksais 1976 [Akta 176], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Perintah Duti Eksais (Pengecualian) 2017 [P.U. (A) 444/2017] dipinda dalam
Jadual, dalam Bahagian I, berhubung dengan butiran 41—
(i)
dalam subbutiran (c), dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan
“nine years” perkataan “or within the recommended age group”;
(d)
, dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “nine years” perkataan “or within the recommended age group”; dan
(e)
, dengan menggantikan perkataan
“Plain milk powder” dengan perkataan “Milk powder”; dan
(i)
dalam subbutiran (f), dengan memasukkan koma bernoktah di hujung subbutiran itu; dan 3
(f)
subbutiran yang berikut:
“(g) the conditions specified in subitems (b), (c) and (d) only apply to the goods exempted in subitems (a), (e) and (f)
in column (3)”.

EXCISE DUTIES (EXEMPTION) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2025
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 11(1) of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
Seksyen 2
The Excise Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 444/2017] is amended in the Schedule, in Part I, in relation to item 41—
(i)
in subitem (c), by inserting after the words “nine years”
the words “or within the recommended age group”;
(ii)
in subitem (d), by inserting after the words “nine years”
the words “or within the recommended age group”; and
(iii)
in subitem (e), by substituting for the words “Plain milk powder”
the words “Milk powder”; and
(i)
in subitem (f), by inserting the semicolon at the end of the subitem; and

(ii)
by inserting after subitem (f) the following subitem:
“(g)
the conditions specified in subitems (b), (c) and (d) only apply to the goods exempted in subitems (a), (e) and (f)
in column (3)”.
