- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 6(1) Akta Eksais 1976 [Akta 176], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah Duti Eksais 2012 [P.U. (A) 350/2012] dipinda dalam Jadual dalam ruang (4)—
(a)
berhubung dengan subkepala 2402.10 000 dan 2402.90 100, dengan menggantikan perkataan “RM280.00 and 20%” dengan perkataan
“RM400.00”; dan
Seksyen 2402

dan 2402.90 200, dengan menggantikan perkataan “RM0.28 per stk and 20%” dengan perkataan “RM0.40 per stk”.

EXCISE DUTIES (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2015
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(1) of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 3 November 2015.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Excise Duties Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 350/2012] is amended in the Schedule in column (4)—
(a)
in relation to subheadings 2402.10 000 and 2402.90 100, by substituting for the words “RM280.00 and 20%” the words “RM400.00”; and

and 2402.90 200, by substituting for the words “RM0.28 per stk and 20%”
the words “RM0.40 per stk”.
