ENTERTAINMENTS DUTY ACT 1953
ENTERTAINMENTS DUTY (EXEMPTION) (NO. 30) ORDER 2025
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 12(1)(b)
of the Entertainments Duty Act 1953 [Act 103], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Entertainments Duty (Exemption)
(No. 30) Order 2025.
Exemption 2.
The Minister exempts the admission ticket for the shows specified in column (2)
of the Schedule which were held at the venues specified in column (3) on the dates specified in column (4) from entertainments duty.
