Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the

Duties
(Exemption) 2017 (Amendment) (No. 4) Order 2022.
(2)
This Order comes into operation 23 September 2022.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in Part I of the Schedule, in relation to item 67, in column (2)—
(b)
by inserting after paragraph (xxix) the following paragraph:
“(xxxi) Petra Energy Development Sdn Bhd”.
