Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Loans Guarantee (Bodies Corporate) Act 1965 [Act 96], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the
Loans
Guarantee
(Declaration of Bodies Corporate) (1MDB Real Estate Sendirian Berhad)
(Amendment) Order 2022.
(2)
This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 16 December 2015.
Amendment of title 2.
The Loans Guarantee (Declaration of Bodies Corporate) (1MDB Real Estate
Sendirian Berhad) Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 139/2012], which is referred to as the
“principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the title by substituting for the words
“(1MDB Real Estate Sendirian Berhad)” the words “(TRX City Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as 1MDB Real Estate Sendirian Berhad))”.
Amendment of paragraph 1 3.
Subparagraph 1(1) of the principal Order is amended by substituting for the words
“(1MDB Real Estate Sendirian Berhad)” the words “(TRX City Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as 1MDB Real Estate Sendirian Berhad))”.
Amendment of paragraph 2 4.
Paragraph 2 of the principal Order is amended by substituting for the words
“1MDB Real Estate Sendirian Berhad (1MDBRE)” the words “TRX City Sdn. Bhd.
(formerly known as 1MDB Real Estate Sendirian Berhad)”.
