Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 10 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Majlis Tanah Negara, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Perintah Kanun Tanah Negara (Bayaran Ukur) 1965 [L.N. 486/1965] dipinda dalam Jadual―
(a)
dengan menggantikan butiran 12 dengan butiran yang berikut:
“PERMOHONAN BAGI SIJIL CADANGAN PELAN STRATA
Seksyen 12
Perenggan ini meliputi pengukuran bagi permohonan pecah bahagi bangunan, bangunan dan tanah atau tanah bagi pengeluaran sijil cadangan pelan strata. Fi yang dikenakan adalah seperti yang berikut:

Skim strata bukan kos rendah
Fi = 10P + 5A + RM600.00
Iaitu—
P ialah jumlah petak
A ialah jumlah petak aksesori

Contoh pengiraan fi bagi skim strata kos rendah:
Jumlah petak
= 500
Jumlah petak aksesori
= 750
Fi
= 5P + 2.5A + RM300.00
= 5*500 + 2.5*750 + RM300.00
= 2,500 + 1,875 + RM300.00
= RM4,675.00
(ii)
Contoh pengiraan fi bagi skim strata bukan kos rendah:
Jumlah petak
= 500
Jumlah petak aksesori
= 750
Fi
= 10P + 5A + RM600.00
= 10*500 + 5*750 + RM600.00
= 5,000 + 3,750 + RM600.00
= RM9,350.00”; dan
(b)
dalam subbutiran 15(iii), dengan menggantikan perkataan
“Surat Hakmilik Pecahan” dengan perkataan “Hakmilik Strata”.

NATIONAL LAND CODE (SURVEY FEES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2015
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the Minister, after consultation with the National Land Council, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the National Land Code (Survey Fees)
(Amendment) Order 2015.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 June 2015.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The National Land Code (Survey Fees) Order 1965 [L.N. 486/1965] is amended in the Schedule―
(a)
by substituting for item 12 the following item:
“APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF PROPOSED STRATA PLAN
Seksyen 12
This paragraph covers the survey for the application of subdivision of building, building and land or land for the issuance of certificate of proposed strata plan. The fees shall be charged as follows:
(b)
Non low-cost strata scheme
Fee = 10P + 5A + RM600.00
Where—
P is the total number of parcels
A is the total number of accessory parcels

The example of fees calculation for low-cost strata scheme:
Total number of parcels
= 500
Total number of accessory parcels
= 750
Fees
= 5P + 2.5A + RM300.00
= 5*500 + 2.5*750 + RM300.00
= 2,500 + 1,875 + RM300.00
= RM4,675.00
(ii)
The example of fees calculation for non low-cost strata scheme:
Total number of parcels
= 500
Total number of accessory parcels
