- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 4 Akta Kawalan Harga dan Antipencatutan 2011 [Akta 723], Pengawal, dengan kelulusan Menteri, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Harga pengeluar maksimum bagi barangan harga terkawal yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Pertama bagi Negeri Sabah dan Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan ditentukan mengikut daerah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).

Harga borong maksimum
Harga borong maksimum bagi barangan harga terkawal yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Kedua bagi Negeri Sabah dan Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan ditentukan mengikut daerah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).

Harga runcit maksimum bagi barangan harga terkawal yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Ketiga bagi Negeri Sabah dan Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan ditentukan mengikut daerah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 [Act 723], the Controller, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering
(Determination of Maximum Price) (No. 3) Order 2019.
(2)
This Order has effect for the period from 23 May 2019 to 5 June 2019.
Maximum producer price 2.
The maximum producer price for the price-controlled goods specified in column

Sabah and the
Federal Territory of Labuan is determined according to the districts as specified in column (2).
Maximum wholesale price 3.
