Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 122 of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement

Seksyen 1

(1)

This order may be cited as the Constitution of the Federal Court

Order 2005.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 2 June 2005.

Seksyen 2

Number of other judges of the Federal Court

The number of the other judges of the Federal Court shall be eight.

Seksyen 3

Revocation

The Constitution of the Federal Court (Judges) Order 1982 which is published in P.U. (A) 114 on 29 April 1982 is revoked.
