Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3A(1) of the Food Act 1983 [Act 281], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Approved Laboratory Order 2015. Approved laboratory 2. The Minister approves the Centre for Advanced Analytical Toxicology Services (CAATS), University Sains Malaysia, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia as approved laboratory for the purposes of the Act. Revocation 3. The Doping Control Centre, University Sains Malaysia specified in the Schedule of the Approved Laboratories Order 2009 [P.U.
