PREVENTION OF CRIME (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 2017

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Prevention of Crime Act 1959 [Act 297], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Prevention of Crime (Amendment of

Second Schedule) Order 2017.

This Order comes into operation on 15 December 2017.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Prevention of Crime Act 1959 is amended in the Second Schedule in paragraph 2—

(a)

by inserting after the words “379,” the words “379A,”;

by substituting for the words “392, 393,” the words “392 to 397,”;

(c)

by inserting after the words “402,” the words “427, 435,”; and

Suggest a fix

(d)

by inserting after the words “457A,” the words “506, 507,”.
