Rectification
of Perintah Penyemakan Undang-Undang (Pembetulan Akta Juruukur Bahan 1967) 2001
The Quantity Surveyors Act 1967 [Act 487] is rectified in the English language text—
(a)
in subsection 1(3), by substituting for the word “(Omitted).” the words
“The Minister may by notification in the Gazette suspend the operation of this Act in any part of the Federation.”; and
(b)
in the “LIST OF AMENDMENTS MADE BY THE COMMISSIONER
OF LAW REVISION UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE REVISION OF
LAWS ACT 1968 (ACT 1)”, by substituting for the words “1. Subsections
(2)
and (3) omitted” under the heading “Particulars of Amendment”
the words “1. Subsection (2) omitted”.
