- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 17(2) Enakmen Perizaban Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Enakmen Perizapan Melayu), 1974 [P.U. (A) 60/1974], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan pemakaian

Jadual Kedua kepada Enakmen Perizaban Melayu dipinda dengan menambah yang berikut:
“As-Salihin Trustee Berhad”.

MALAY RESERVATIONS ENACTMENT
MALAY RESERVATIONS (FEDERAL TERRITORY)
(AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 2022
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 17(2)
of the Malay Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], as modified by the
Federal Territory (Modification of Malay Reservations Enactment) Order, 1974
[P.U. (A) 60/1974], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:
Citation an application 1.

This order may be cited as the Malay Reservations (Federal Territory)
(Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2022.
(2)
This Order shall apply to the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Second Schedule to the Malay Reservations Enactment is amended by adding the following:
“As-Salihin Trustee Berhad”.
