Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 24(1) dan 24(2) Akta Suruhanjaya Sekuriti Malaysia 1993 [Akta 498], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Kadar levi bagi pembelian atau penjualan sekuriti
Kadar levi yang hendaklah dibayar oleh pembeli atau penjual berkenaan dengan pembelian atau penjualan sekuriti yang direkodkan di bursa saham atau sekuriti yang diberitahukan kepada bursa saham mengikut kaedah-kaedahnya ialah 0.015 peratus daripada harga belian pembelian atau penjualan sekuriti tersebut, dengan syarat bahawa, amaun levi yang diperoleh daripada fi penjelasan itu hendaklah dihadkan kepada wang sejumlah RM93.75 bagi setiap kontrak.

Kadar levi bagi pembelian atau penjualan derivatif
Kadar levi yang hendaklah dibayar oleh pembeli atau penjual berkenaan dengan pembelian atau penjualan derivatif yang dilakukan di bursa derivatif mengikut kaedah-kaedahnya ialah—

5 peratus daripada fi penjelasan sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh bursa derivatif; dan
Seksyen 37
5 peratus daripada fi dagangan sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh bursa derivatif.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsections 24(1) and 24(2) of the Securities Commission Malaysia Act 1993 [Act 498], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Securities Commission Malaysia
(Rate of Levy for Purchase or Sale of Securities and Derivatives) Order 2025.
(2)
This Order comes into force on 1 January 2026.
Rate of levy for purchase or sale of securities 2.
The rate of levy to be paid by a purchaser or seller in respect of the purchase or sale of securities recorded on the stock exchange or securities notified to the stock exchange in accordance with its rules shall be 0.015 per cent of the purchase price of such purchase or sale of the securities, provided that, the amount of levy derived from the clearing fee will be limited to a sum of RM93.75 per contract.
Rate of levy for purchase or sale of derivatives 3.
The rate of levy to be paid by a purchaser or seller in respect of the purchase or sale of derivatives effected on the derivatives exchange in accordance with its rules shall be—

5 per cent of the clearing fee as specified by the derivatives exchange;
and
Seksyen 37
5 per cent of the trading fee as specified by the derivatives exchange.

Revocation 4.
The Securities Commission (Levy on Securities Transactions) Order 1995
[P.U. (A) 281/1995] is revoked.
