Section 37H
Notwithstanding sections 37E and 37F, an authorized officer may, for the purposes of carrying out any of his functions under this Enactment, at any reasonable time enter any premises for the purpose of –
(a)
inspecting any product, equipment, device, appliance, material, receptacle, package, conveyance, book, record, document, computerized data or other thing as he considers necessary; or
(b)
verifying the accuracy of records or statements or any information given to an authorized officer or to the Board.
